To make sure your transportation from airport goes smoothly, we have hired the transportation/concierge firm “Your Cancun DMC” to pick you up at Cancun International Airport and bring you directly to Andaz Mayakoba Riviera Maya (if staying at another property, make sure to write the info on the form). We kindly ask you to please send the following information to Alexa (our main contact) at Your Cancun DMC, and once all the information is collected, she will revert back with pick up times and further details.
The information we need from you to send to Alex is: Airline, flight number and times, how many guests are coming with you and date which is the same info marked on this link. Thank you!
