Welcome to Judy & Nick’s Wedding in Tulum!

Family & friends, we are excited and grateful that you will be celebrating our wedding with us!

To make sure your arrival goes smoothly, the transportation/concierge firm “Your Cancun DMC” can provide pick up at Cancun International Airport (CUN) and bring you directly to your hotel. While you are certainly free to make your own airport transportation arrangements we recommend “Your Cancun DMC” as they will be able to group together as many passengers as possible per vehicle in an effort to minimize costs. If you choose to utilize this service, please fill out the registration form and Alex, our main contact will be in touch.

Note:

This is only for transportation to and from the airport to your accommodations. All other transportation to/from the wedding (Friday, March 3rd) and the boat (Saturday, March 4th) will be provided by Judy & Nick from Hotel Panamera. More detail available on NicholasandJudy.com (password: HENRY).

Alex will send a confirmation number as well as airport procedures and once she has all the complete flight details and will get back to you with more information in regards to your total cost. Transportation will be private for the event but may be shared with other guests of Judy & Nick’s wedding. If you want your service private, please make sure you let her know to make those arrangements accordingly.

1 to 6 ppl – $377 US Dlls. round trip – per Van

7 to 9 ppl – $619 US Dlls. round trip – per Van

10 to 16 ppl – $667 US Dlls. round trip – per Van

1 to 4 ppl / $706 US Dlls. round trip – Deluxe SUV

Rates Include: Airport taxes, staff at airport, printed signs with logo of event, bottled water on the arrival service

Not included: Gratuities for Drivers and Staff

TOTALS TO PAY:

For final totals, we need to wait until all guests have submitted their flight information

Charts with arrival and departure groups will be sent three days prior to the first arrival flight, so you can make any adjustments at that time.

Once groups are finalized, payment links will be sent.

Payment methods

We request all services are pre-paid prior to Cancun arrival.

Totals will be sent with Paypal payment links where you can use credit cards.
